Use of the Winsun console, API, free and paid modules, implementation services and support is governed by the separate customer terms accepted when creating a workspace and, for paid modules and services, any written commercial agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms regarding the console or a paid service, those terms control.

The website provides general information about Winsun, its current product direction, free and paid modules, business use cases, pricing model and ways to contact us.
Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee, professional advice or commitment to provide a particular feature, integration, delivery date, service level or price. A contact-form submission does not create a customer, advisory, agency or partnership relationship.
Eligibility and business use
You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. The website is intended primarily for people evaluating or managing business software. If you access it on behalf of an organisation, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with its policies and applicable law.
Permitted use
You may view the website, use its ordinary navigation, print or save reasonable excerpts for internal evaluation, and submit genuine enquiries about Winsun. Any permitted copy must retain applicable proprietary notices and must not suggest endorsement or affiliation.

Winsun is a modular system. The website identifies which modules are currently offered free of charge (Core, Inventory, Sales, Customers and Suppliers) and which are paid add-ons (Point of Sale, Purchasing, Expenses, Reports and Accounting). Module descriptions summarise typical capabilities and may change as the product develops.
Free modules are provided without a subscription fee, subject to the customer terms and any fair-use or account limits that apply. We may change which modules or features are free with reasonable advance notice to affected customers.
Paid modules are priced per module and are not publicly listed. Prices depend on factors such as the modules selected, number of stores, registers or users, and billing period, and are provided on request. A price is binding only once confirmed in writing or accepted through a customer agreement. Optional services such as migration, customisation and training, and any applicable taxes, are quoted separately.
Descriptions marked “planned,” “future,” “coming” or similar indicate product direction only. Priorities can change, and planned capabilities may be modified, delayed or not released.
Intellectual property
The website and its original text, design, interface, graphics, logo, product names, software demonstrations and other content are owned by or licensed to Winsun and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited permission stated in these Terms, no right or licence is granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise.

Feedback
